All KarolShoes footwear is made from premium-quality natural cowhide leather sourced from trusted European tanneries. The leather is hand-painted, brushed and finished in layers, giving every pair a unique look.
The upper, lining and insole are all leather. This ensures durability, breathability and comfort even during long hours of wear. We do not use synthetic materials.
Every stage of production — from cutting the leather to the final polishing — is carried out by hand in our workshop.

Each pair of KarolShoes is handmade, which is why the standard order processing time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on size availability.
We ship worldwide with trusted courier partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–6 business days
- North America: 5–14 business days
- Asia–Pacific, Middle East, Latin America & Africa: 7–21 business days

Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method (for cash-on-delivery orders, to the bank account you provide).
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels. Please include the completed return form inside the package.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, you also have 30 calendar days. Footwear must be new, clean and unworn. Fill out the exchange form and include it with your parcel.

Bardzo dobre buty. Wytrzymały dwa lata praktycznie codziennego użytkowania, zimą, wiosną, jesienią, a nawet latem podczas przejażdżek motocyklowych. Polecam jednak wziąć rozmiar mniejszy. Właśnie zamówiłem kolejną parę na następne lata. Polecam
Bardzo dobre buty, wytrzymały 2 lata chodzenia w zimie, wiosną, jesienią, w lato użytkowałem podczas jazdy motocyklem, a więc praktycznie non stop cały rok. Polecam wziąć rozmiar mniejszy. Właśnie zamawiam kolejną parę na następne lata.
Buty świetne, bardzo wygodne i dobrze się prezentują. Nieopatrznie zamówiłem o rozmiar za duże, ale z wymianą na odpowiedni rozmiar nie było żadnego problemu. Wymiana nastąpiła szybko i sprawnie.
Dzisiaj dotarły do mnie czarne Alexy. Wyglądają rewelacyjnie.
