When choosing your size, focus primarily on the insole length, not only on the size you usually wear. KarolShoes footwear has a slightly generous fit, so we recommend comparing your foot measurement with the size chart below before ordering.

How to choose the right size:
1. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe.
2. Compare the result with the insole length in the table.
3. If you are between two sizes, or if you have a wider foot or higher instep, choosing the larger size is usually the safer option.

Leather & Craftsmanship

KarolShoes footwear is made from natural cowhide leather, carefully selected to match the character, construction and finish of each model. Depending on the design, we use different types of leather, including Crazy Horse, Kabir, Crust, nubuck and full-grain leather.

The upper, lining and insole are made from natural leather. Each pair is handcrafted in our workshop — from leather cutting and stitching to final finishing and quality control.

Natural leather is not a perfectly uniform material. Small differences in shade, texture, distressed effects or hand-applied colouring are part of its character and the result of manual craftsmanship — not a product defect.

Shipping & Delivery

Each pair of KarolShoes is handmade, which is why the standard order processing time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on size availability.

We ship worldwide with trusted courier partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.

North America: 5–14 business days
Asia–Pacific, Middle East, Latin America & Africa: 7–21 business days

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your parcel. The shoes must be clean, unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Return: once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Size or model exchange: exchanges are processed after we receive and verify the returned pair.
Return shipping cost: paid by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
Personalized products: custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Natural Leather Care

Care & Use of Leather Footwear

KarolShoes footwear is made with natural leather uppers, leather lining and leather insoles, so it requires simple, regular care and proper everyday use. Natural leather works over time, develops character and patina, but it should not be heavily soaked, dried near heat sources or cleaned with aggressive chemicals.

Basic leather care rules

After use, remove dust, mud and moisture with a soft brush or dry cloth.
Do not wash leather footwear under running water and do not put it in a washing machine.
Protect the footwear with a product designed for natural leather.
For matte, distressed, rubbed or hand-finished leathers, avoid polishes and waxes that may change the color or shine of the leather.
Always test any care product on a small hidden area first.

Drying and storage

If the footwear gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature.
Do not place leather footwear near a radiator, fireplace, heater or in direct strong sunlight.
Use shoe trees or paper inside the shoes to help the leather keep its shape.
After a full day of wear, let the footwear air out before storing it.

Correctly removing leather shoes

Before removing the footwear, loosen the laces or open the zipper fully.
Do not remove one shoe by stepping on the heel with the other shoe.
Do not pull the upper by force and do not twist the foot out aggressively.
Repeatedly stepping on the back of the shoe may damage the upper, heel counter, stitching or the connection between the upper and the sole.

What to avoid

Fuel, solvents, degreasers, oils and workshop chemicals.
Strong rubbing after contact with water, fuel or dirt.
Aggressive detergents, hard brushes and random universal cleaning products.
Storing damp footwear for a long time in a box or closed cabinet.

Natural creases, patina, small scuffs and subtle shade changes are normal features of natural leather, especially with leather types such as Crazy Horse, Kabir and Crust.
